from the 1 on the bronze it seems like each level of bronze/silver/gold(/lorium?) might have a minimum number of posts to qualify for, and then the number is you ranked everyone else who has met that threshold? to me it would be a little odd for there to only be three people ever on the site who could have a lil badge.

the monthly subscriber badge is someone who is paying the monthly premium. (3 ms a day + no ads)

I'm aware of the green badge, but the one I saw had the tooltip say they were a subscriber when I hovered over the little ribbon!
