Occasionally, when a round ends, I don't get a free refresh. I was told by multiple people that they are guaranteed, but in my case I have a 50% chance of not getting them. I have tried refreshing the page, but it doesn't give them back.
Just now I started an entirely new arena battle, and didn't get one, so they don't just break mid-battle but also sometimes don't appear from the start.
I can't believe it... I'm on a forum signature!!
