Is there a point to keeping trinkets other than the Hunting Trophy? Or should you sell them when you get them? I wasn't sure if they are needed for later Hunting quests.

Hi @seakittens some trinkets are for use in starting some hunting missions. Currently known trinkets used in hunting are Nytha Spines, Jaspilite Iron, Moonlight Rose, Nomad's Luck, Blue Agate, Wanderer's Charm and Hunting Trophies. There’s a user guide for Hunting Quests here.
