Pleeeeease! I'm offering to stud my Zerda to a friend for no fee and I don't really like that I have to take their wolf for the length of the pregnancy to achieve this. It would be much easier to have a private studding option that is safe on both sides and doesn't require shuffling wolves around.
Support! I want to stud out to specific people in a secure way.
This could also remedy the issue of a wolf's cooldown being activated upon listing for stud - a major problem imo. This is punishing because if your stud listing doesn't sell or if you take it down manually, the wolf goes on cooldown even though it didn't breed. By arranging a studding and completing the transaction privately, no cooldowns are “wasted” because your wolf is for sure going to breed and the cooldown serves its real purpose.
huge support! I am a massive MASSIVE fan of the stud functionality, I think it is an amazing idea, helps people breed their wolves together without having the risk of sending them off, and would really love to be able to do private studdings with friends or even with specific people that have already agreed (also allowing me to be choosier with who my wolf breeds with) and then wouldn't have the wasted cooldown if the listing expires.
(side note: the bug of the cooldown when they get put up for studding and then the additional cooldown once they are actually studded? please fix to only when they actually breed?)
Ping me! @Fieryblood
PLEASE, I was hoping to ask my friends if anyone was willing to let me stud a wolf for one of my girls I have no match for, but without it being an option to be private, I won't even try. MAYBE one of them would be willing to send me a wolf, but it would be so much easier and safer if it was available as a private action.
I support private studding but if it's a request there needs to be a way to turn off the request on a tab by tab basis (an option to turn off the whole den is good too) so that people aren't getting spammed with requests for wolves they don't want to stud.
I was just speaking about this on the discord server and with another player. While I do like the idea of requests, I do agree that there needs to be a tab to 'turn off' requests for specific wolves (or all in general) so players aren't being spammed. But I do just like the idea of private studding. It's incredibly hard to stud out a wolf to a specific player without the risk of either someone else breeding to them first, or if you transfer wolves to keep it private, you risk losing your wolf to another player because "you made the decision" to send the wolf to another player.
I support the private studding option, whether that be like how the normal studding works, with an additional option for it to be for a specific player, or the request idea.

I'm really late to this post but my friend and I were just talking about how aggravating stud sniping is. Another user and I had to set an obscene price for my wolf to stud and then I had to send that user my MS so they had enough to cover it. If I didn't fully trust that user, they could have kept it and I would have lost hundreds of MS.
I really think private breeding requests should be enabled. It'd make the stud sniping stop, and we wouldn't have to put trust in other users as much lol.
♡ leap before you think! ♡
At this point in the game I would support this! Enough tome has passed where it wouldn’t be limiting to new players.
