I noticed recently that my fishing trips are recharging half as quickly as they used to--it now takes 30 minutes for 1 trip to refresh instead of 15 minutes. The tutorial page still says it should take 15 minutes. I am fishing level 7 if that matters?

while i can't answer why this happens, i can say that it occurs regardless of your level; it was like that when i was level 1 and it's still like that at level 5 :')

One of the reasons for an Early Access period of a game is to see where re-balancing might be needed, so it's normal for things like this to change between EA & Launch.

However, if you find mistakes on the site, such as the tutorial showing wrong information (even thouhg not a bug), please bring it up in the bug reports forums!

i also had 15m fishing trips initially (day 1 for sure, less sure after that) and didn't play during EA. either it was a bug that was silently fixed after launch, or an adjustment silently made after launch—i don't particularly either way as i prefer the slower timer, but it isn't EA confusion in this case.
