encounters not loading then bugging out

this is most likely server strain seeing as we are near 5-digit wolves (others in discord said the site went down for them at the same time) but this perpetual loading symbol happened during my ww enounter:

then the ignore button bugged out and refreshing was the only way to leave the encounter.

and so on… now it's happening with other encounters and wastes my food :(
