So far I've completed three campaigns and am halfway through the fourth and I still haven't found any or seen it in the MM. What's the best place to grind for them?

So far I've completed three campaigns and am halfway through the fourth and I still haven't found any or seen it in the MM. What's the best place to grind for them?
Both of these items are not very farmable - I think leather is dropped by no enemies in the campaign & Flour is dropped by the Deer in Icerun and possibly few other companions, but seemingly very rarely. Leather can be rewarded for some hunting quests.
Mole or Flea Market are the best places to look out for these items.
