Can't get rid of party member

One of my wolves can't seem to be removed form the campaign party even when there's another wolf there.

Is this a glitch or intentional

Did you add the wolf you're trying to remove recently? There's a cooldown before you can change your party again, 15 minutes before you can add/remove the same wolf again.
