Leather and Cotton do not drop from anywhere

Leather & Cotton are only available in the MM or from hunts, if you're lucky enough to get them!

I know this is a smol bug/error but it's important to crafters because we can't achieve our crafting goals

(I am pretty sure Alaunis confirmed this was an error in EA and that is should drop from enemies in the Campaign)
