Stamina regen?

Just a very quick small question I can't seem to figure out, but how long does it take for stamina to refill without feeding? I'm low on food and I wanna know when I can get back into the campaign again >>;

@Recallback Hello! You can go into your wolf's profile and hover over the orange food bar underneath their XP and name. There should be a timer indicating how long it'll take before the wolf's food is completely refilled. It takes four hours if you're starting from zero food to reach 100.

Although I'm not exactly sure how long it takes they don't seem to regenerate much very quickly… I'd recommend feeding one wolf smaller items enough so they can fish and earn you some more food!
