Am i supposed to be getting notifications when certain actions are finished?

i kind of assume so because i feel like its an essential thing, but im not getting any

i dont get any kind of ping or notification when my wolves are done hunting, when my plots are finished growing, when the food is done being cooked, etc.
im also not getting any sort of notification when someone replies to my threads

I don't believe it's possible to get notifications for any of these actions unfortunately, though it would make sense and should probably be added!
