Thanks for making this thread/guide, i've been so frustrated throwing things into the pot and getting no results.
Its going to keep being frustrating since the mole market refreshes once ever 4 or so hours i've noticed, and it only ever has 5 food items in stock. I feel like this thread is going to be getting a lot of attention XD

lol yeah i kinda raced to get to 36 to unlock the stork event, but auto fishing has been super nice too bc it gives some exp(half the points of what you get per catch) plus i think it provides fish from the highest spot you can fish, so I've been getting plenty of them which helps with feeding my wooves. xD
Just found milk and yogurt in Goldsea 1 during the ingredients event for anyone interested!
In Icerun, area 3, there is an event called Fishing: Icefisher Stork which is similar to the Rockbreaker Ox mining event in Murkwood, also area 3. You trade a set amount of certain fish to the stork to get the companion and the same for the ox but with bars of certain metals. Both are unlocked at certain levels of your fishing/mining professions :)
There is another fishing event in the icerun 2 that lets you catch 3 of each trout, and mining event that gives you bars of iron-mithril in the murkwood 2 as well!
