@EternalScribe technically you can get milk as a drop from the ingredient hunt option if you have level 20 cooking.I'm sorry to keep asking so many questions, but thank you guys for answering them so nicely.
The Ingredient Hunt Option? Icerun is the last area I haven't done the campaign story through until it said it was the end of Chapter 1? I am Level 41 in cooking.
