I know this has been suggested before, but as someone who loves collecting pretty wolves and breeding I, and probably many others, have found themselves running out of space. For a game focused on breeding, collecting, and building your pack; 500 spaces seems quite low. I would love to see a small expansion implemented eventually. I have a couple thoughts on this idea.

1. Hibernal Dens: FR has something like this that I think would be a neat idea for Lorwolf to put their own spin on. The mechanics of this type of den would simply be for storage. A place where we could put in wolves we don't want to release, yet while they are within the Hibernal Dens they can't be used in any site functions like professions, breeding, companion bonding, sold, or traded. To do things with a wolf placed here you would need to take them out of the HD and the wolf would get a reasonable cooldown timer of when it could go back into the HD. Not knocking against trying to support this site, but I'd love to see more dens be pebble sinks rather than MS ones. This could be that pebble sink!

2. Storage Account: Yes, I know this is against the rules, however, I know other pet sites I've played in the past have allowed people to make alternates for things like storage. To prevent some kind of cheating, I think it would be beneficial when signing up an alt account if there was some kind of check-box or something that would allow you to link said storage account to your main one. The new account would be marked as an alt and all events, achievements, and things that could allow someone to boost their main become "locked" in a sense. Not sure the logistics of something like that. But it would allow things like trading wolves to your main you want stored there or currency to upgrade dens for more storage. This one is less likely to happen as I think there would have to be a lot of coding and work involved to even make it work and make sure there were huge anti-cheat measures in place but thought I'd put it out there anyways since it was a thought.
However, if something like the first suggestion were put into place, this idea would be completely null and void. As, the more I think about it, this one is less likely to work, especially from a cheating standpoint. And we don't want or need that.

I also wouldn't mind to see smaller den expansions released throughout the year. They wouldn't have to be big or even done multiple times a year. Maybe a new den here or new 10 slots per den expansion there. Nothing too drastic. Hopefully nothing that would bog down the servers. But I really enjoy this game as a whole. It has so much potential, even now, but I do feel once my main project is done and I only have a handful of slots left where I can't do much of anything like buying new wolves or continuing to breed, it will make my attention dwindle. And, well, to be frank, that's a thought that makes me sad.

Even if y'all don't agree with these suggestions, maybe you have others? Or have ideas to add with the ones above? Would really love to hear other suggestions or ideas for space expansions.

I agree to this— when there's not a lot of customization options for your wolves outside of buying CAs, which can be absurdly expensive, collecting wolves to breed is pretty much the biggest mechanic for gameplay since it's the entire focal point. I've been a little dismayed about not being able to have more than 500 of these guys, to the point that I'm considering releasing some of them and just saving their links to look back at them. The concept of a Hibernal Den would fix this, where I wouldn't have to get rid of my little guys entirely, and it would be a GREAT pebble sink because right now pebbles are relatively useless in comparison to MS (again there are not enough basic cosmetic items out there; what's available freely from the MM gets repetitive very quickly unfortunately and doesn't add enough customization when you have a lot of wolves).

Even just letting us buy 10 more slots for each den is a start! That gives us like 100 more slots to work with, which is so badly needed in this game, where other sites like Flight Rising do add slots every now and then, or other sites I actively play such as Khimeros where there are unlimited slots as long as you pay the virtual currency fee to buy them. This would really be the biggest thing to add to the site is more slots, or even just slots where your wolf can't really do anything or interact with the site and is just there as a showcase, like the Hibernal Den (but you're still able to do customization stuff - it's just for show). It's less taxing on the server, while giving players more incentive to play once they start running out of slots. It also helps the economy - it means more people will buy and sell wolves, etc.
