[Farming] Pebblesink - instantly refill water and compost

Basically what it says on the tin. Giving Tiny and Bigs an extra function, by allowing you to pay pebbles in exchange for water and compost.

Either purchasing a set amount (e.g. 50 water and 50 compost for 5k pebbles, which SHOULD allow you to go past your 'natural limit') or purchasing to fill it up to the maximum (so say I have room for 33 more water and compost, I could purchase that for 3.3k pebbles)

Numbers are purely meant as an example.

I farm a lot and this would be so helpful on the days where I feel like I won't play enough to get the full benefits from feeding Tiny and Bigs, but still want to grow small things like corn. Paying a small amount of pebbles to instantly fill up water and compost would be great for that.

Big support, it should make for a very useful and popular pebble sink seeing how water/compost are a massive limit to the things you can plant together. The impact on food availability should frankly not be a point of trouble, considering it's already almost impossible to run out of food once you're settled- and additional site features could give food additional use in the future that helps offset this as well while providing more to do.
