I haven't rolled in ages but yeah I do. Mainly just do certain events at this point for breeding items.

@Silvershadow yep they die. Adults can run away if not fed and played with and at age 14 you can "retire" lions in your pride. That's basically killing them. Or can let them naturally die which is anywhere between 15 and 16 years old. Lions age by 1 month per rollover.
