As the site seems to be in dire need of more artwork (such as background art (see the carreers page wich seems to still have the artist spot unfilled despite being open for a while now)

As well as creature/companion portraits and new banners for the weekly events as they seem to no longer be present (the event banners i mean)

So my suggestion:

Host a monthly contest (similar to the plentiful profiles one that we already have maybe) where the goal is for artists to make an artwork (like a banner, companion art or other kind of art, depending on what is needed at the moment)

Changing every month (or as needed)

The event starts on every first day of the month and runs until the end of the month.

During this time players will be able to submit created art and at the end of the month the best/most fitting artwork or artworks will be added to the site and the winner be awarded an large amount of moonstones and everyone who submitted an valid piece of art awarded an small amount of Moonstones.

To count as "valid" an piece of art submitted to the contest must adhere to certrain specifications (varying by the kind of art requested) like being a certrain size, having specific elements (like a specific colour scheme or containing theme relevant objects or patterns (for a mining banner there may be a request for the banner to be primarily orange and contain mining equipment and / or ores/gems)
