Hi, I was wondering why my friend Ca got rejected cause of an 80% cover up while there is a Ca that got approved that has more of a cover up. (No hate for the person who ca got approved, very lovely ca by the way.) but it doesn't make sense to me or my friend. Here Ca in question. I'd really appreciate some answers.
