I'd really like to know what's out there...if there's something that says when/where to get each one (or which ones are retired) that'd be useful too.
Alternatively; If anybody has even one recommendation of what Banners and/or Profile Decorations may match my avatar/profile PLEASE feel free to tell me because a lead would be the next best thing!

I like to use this thread to view all banners and stuff, even ones that aren't currently available. You can just CTRL+F and type "banner" into the field to look for those items specifically from the full list of game items. Or, you can inspect the element of the page and look at the images stored in the page's workspace folders to see them lumped together.
