200x200 very blurry- (resolved)

I’m trying to make CA and started drawing it in IbisPaintX without changing it to 200x200. When I realized I had already finished the design. So I took that picture and imported it into a 200x200 canvas and it came out so blurry- clearly it wasn’t going to work. So I got clip studio and tried to figure that out without success. Uh- help???

I think usually people just draw the icon separately? Sorry if that's not the answer you're looking for. I don't fully understand exactly what you're asking and I probably won't have the answer anyway ;-;

@Silvershadow I had originally drawn the CA on a 750x600 canvas, then realized it was too big and switched it to 200x200, which made it very blurry/pixilated and all the details vanished.

Only the icon should be 200x200. The CA should be on a 3000x2400 canvas.
