Another factor (although probably less impactful than the lack of updates) is that a lot of people who play lw also play other petsims, which tend to have end of the year events. Idk about the other most common ones, but flight rising is having it's yearly night of the nocturne, which is probably getting prioritized over lw. That's why I haven't been super active, anyways!
Coming back to say that the Icerun Seasonal Event is set to start soon (hopefully after reset in 1.5 hours) so you may see an uptick in forum activity then as people come back to participate to get their holiday goodies!
The gameplay here is very fun, but the community has gotten so slow that I don’t tend to play here much anymore. :( I wasn’t having much luck selling my extra items in the Flea Market (even the ones from festivals) - thus, I find that it’s very difficult to earn moonstones without paying for the subscription. So I feel kind of “stuck” in that way.
