Unclaimed Ping

Ive recently gone through my messages, and it ate up a LOT of my time. I was wondering if we could implement a sort of ping that happens if you forget to claim items! Like, you start a trade, then forget about it, and 3-5 days later you get a notification saying: "You have 1 unclaimed trade from NPC!"

While this is a good idea and I see how it could be useful for someone who gets a lot of notifications, I think it would be slightly obnoxious for me lol

So maybe add an on/off button?

Usually I just click 'claim all notifications' when I have a ton. Then I only have to deal with stuff that's not Achievements, the Flea Market, or Custom Apparel. Then I look at messages and stuff

Anyway this is a great idea if there's a choice to turn it off. Support

I think I would prefer it if there's a highlight in the messaging system that shows that a chat has unclaimed items and perhaps a claim all button for the messages as well, to claim all unclaimed items from all chats in one go.

As for notifications, I'd much rather get a notification the moment a trade is completed. But nothing after that.
