What’s the point of the Specialty: Perma-Puppy?

As title states, what’s the point of the Specialty: Perma-Puppy? I get it makes a wolf permanently a puppy but what’s the point of that. Can you use the pup like it is an adult is it more like a what a pup does and just takes space up?

It becomes just a pup (as far as I'm aware)! I think people do it because some pups are extra cute :) no real advantage or 'point' I believe

Stardust Salutation Is a very capable lead wolf for very important lore reasons ( they’re cute and everyone should see them )✨ Puppy time ( permanent ) - pretty sure custom puppy poses are coming soon and that’s partially why we perma puppied a vol since our den is packed full; we won’t have pups any time soon www

the other reason is that felt like a successful milestone in our breeding project!
