Status of CA Queue (Quiche ok?)

Neither the CA queue nor CA support thread have had any updates/responses since September. Is Quiche ok? We have never gone this long without any communication about CA. Getting a bit worried and would love a status update.

I'm a bit worried too - I submitted CA about 2-3 months ago and haven't heard anything about it :') granted I only posted in the support thread today, but others seem to have been waiting for a while too.

I really hope Quiche is alright <3

I truly hope quiche is okay! However it's unacceptable to let the que go on for a little over 2 months now. Didn't they have a team of people being trained to work on the CA que? What happened to them?

I have had a Halloween recolor of my foggy night CA in que since September 8th.... I was really hoping it'd come out on Halloween. But I am woefully reminded that nope, it had not. I am still waiting. And I am at this point beyond annoyed with how it's all being handled regardless of whatever situation happened to cause this long lapse in CA movement.

I honestly haven't been on in some time, but was incredibly surprised looking for CA updates to find there hadn't been any since I last logged in.. it's a big part of my time on site and sharing support for fellow artists who have mentioned impact on this thread and beyond. There does feel to be an eerie silence across the board, and no clarity/transparency as to direction or active leadership around this. Glad this thread was made and hoping to hear an update.

Hello, good timezone to you all. I hope you are well.

Just popping my head in very quickly. I've been doing a gradual get back this week with Alaunis and the team with a rundown of happenings, jobs to be done, looking at my emails and organising what I'm doing starting next week. I will flex my brain muscles to quickly get back up to speed and be on the move again properly come Monday.

There will be a little CA movement between now and then as I work through the backlog and crack on.

I am doing well and I thank you all for the well wishes and thoughts sent my way. I apologise for my absence but my time away has been comforting while I spent time with my family during a difficult time.

Looking forward to bouncing around with you all again on-site and deeply missed the community. Thank you again for thinking of me.

Please could some feedback be passed to the devs?

I appreciate your absence is out of your control, but the devs should be keeping the community updated, it is so important for player retention, I would like to suggest if this sort of thing happens again where the CA queue is unable to be processed if we could have a small announcement. I personally wouldn’t mind if we were notified the queue was being paused for a bit, I’m sure others wouldn’t mind either, I think it would certainly help alleviate players worries and prevent speculation when we have no information at all :)

I am very very happy to hear that you are okay, Quiche. Sorry you have so much stuff thrown onto your platter after dealing with your life affairs.

We are all very appreciative of the work you do, I wish there was a way I (at least) could better convey it.

Also, you don't have to apologize for being away. There's nothing wrong with that in it of itself. People take breaks and vacations when they need. I think people are moreso feeling :/ about the fact that, effectively, nothing got done while you were gone. It shouldn't be up to you alone to make us feel like the site is being kept up on. It really shouldn't.
