It's nice to see you're already enjoying the game. There are a lot of fun things to do. As far as tips or tricks, hmmmm... Personally, I am always cooking, farming, and fishing (if I have the trips for it) when I have the time to sit down and play. Always keeping my food stores up so I can do stuff like campaign, gauntlet, and hunting without worrying about the stamina drain.
There are some really cheap companions that you can buy from the Mole Market, like the Basidio, that grant XP to the wolf they are equipped to. This can really help level up your wolves you aren't using, especially pups that can't do anything until they are adults. I always forget about this little trick, myself. Campaign is also a great way to level up wolves, but this is where your stamina drain and food kicks in. However, you also get trinkets from exploring that you can sell from your inventory making pebbles a bit easier to come by if that is something you're having a hard time getting.
Uummm... as of right now, I can't really think of anything else. Granted, there is so much to do on this game that I am sure something is slipping my mind. xD
