The Dire stepped back as Hurricane took charge. Every movement she made was gentle and cautious as she lifted Vlade up by the scruff of his neck and used her wing to guide his body onto her back. She found herself hoping her brother would be alright up there. It was better than just sitting around here waiting to be targeted by the next Consumed that came lurking around, though she hoped he stayed out of it until they got to the cave. None of them needed him to become fully aware of his surroundings right now and freak out due to thinking he was being carted off by some rogue wolf. The Lupin did make a few grunts as he was being moved, but other than that, he still didn't do much more than shake every now and again.
Sobena nodded at the Bracchus and Vex's words. It was definitely time to go. "If you need a break on the trek there, Hurricane, I can take over carrying him for a little while." she added. She didn't want to seem like she wasn't willing to help. This was for her brother after all. Hurricane had already done so much, plus Vex also seemed open to sharing not only her home, but whatever she could to help. The Dire didn't quite know how she'd thank both Volmyrs at this point, but if everything went well she, and her brother, would find a way to repay their kindness and generosity.
"Alright, let's go. We're ready." she said, almost too enthusiastically. The idea of maybe getting to fly was an exciting prospect. She didn't want to say if she could climb or not just yet. She wanted to judge the distance of the cave herself before she made that call. However, she always loved flying. Her Aunt Samara always used to take her on little flight excursions when she was a pup, you know, before she grew into her Direwolf muscle.
She couldn't help but eye the Bracchus. The way he worded things was... well, frankly, strange. She didn't want to seem standoffish or rude, but something about him seemed off. Sobena decided to keep a close watch on him. Maybe she was just reading him wrong. That was always a possibility. But there was just something about him that made her feel uneasy. "So, what's your name anyways?" she asked the jet black Bracchus, "I'm Sobena. That's my brother, Vlade." She titled her head in the direction of the unconscious Lupin on Hurricane's back, "He'd introduce himself if he was able." She chuckled at her own joke, but quickly gulped back her laughs. 'This was no time to joke, Sobena.' she thought to herself now feeling foolish about trying to lighten the mood.
