Basically just the title. I assume they're not used in crafting because they're listed separately from materials, but then what do they do? Are they just useful for selling/making pebbles quick?
Selling them can be great, but you can also use quite a few of them for certain hunting quests. If I remember right, the water and fire opals, the two plushies, the roses, the nytha spines, and the charms can all be used in various hunting quests.
Personally I just sell them all, but they do help if you're a big hunter!
