Experience increase?

I noticed that the battles are awarding more xp than they used to. At first I thought it might have been a bug, but then I wondered if I'd just missed something in one of the updates. Does anyone know if this was announced and I missed it, if it's a bug, or if maybe it's an update that went live too early? Or am I having a Moment and this is actually how much the xp has been the whole time?

I think you are right. I just did a Lapistrix fight and I got 6 exp, which seem like more then I remember. I thought it was 1 exp for the encounter and 1 additional exp per thing you fought. So a total of 4 exp for the Lapistrix (encounter +3 birds). But I could be completely wrong as I don’t really pay that much attention haha

You know, I thought my memory was just being wonky when I saw an encouner I always thought gave 1xp awarded 2 a couple of days ago.

It would be nice of the devs actually updated us if they changed something.. That's what patch notes are for, right?

My guess is that they are testing things for Campaign 2, for when they raise the level cap, in their test site. And just like how the food bug happened in the past so has this exp bug.

Just to update (and this might be the result of devs changing things trying to fix the bug), the text in the campaign is currently still showing the incorrect double XP, but the wolves are not actually getting the amount shown. They're gaining the correct +1 per enemy.
