How Many People Use The Wiki?

Hello, good timezone! I'll make it quick.

Ever since LW was in Beta I kept trying to see the Wiki and while it was updated at first, its not really updated now. It is not on LW staff to update said wiki since it's something everyone can add to so I wanted to know:

How many people even use LW wiki? I'm no editor but I have toyed with the idea of at least updating the breeds and genes on the wiki for others to have access to. I see some people confused and unable to read lore and gene stuff easily since most of the lore drops are released in announcements.

And if you don't use the wiki, how do you usually access this stuff? Would updating the wiki be helpful to you? And if so, what would you like to see added to the LW Wiki? Please let me know, I would love to hear the input of others!

Hello! I don’t look at the wiki much but I did go there looking for recipes and realized it wasn’t up to date. I found more updated info here in the forums. I would like it if it were more up to date and might use it more if it was.

I only use the wiki during the prolific profile event when I need to research some pack lore. Advise on Lorwolf mechanics can be easily found in the "Game Guides" portion of the forums.

@Aurelia YEAH, that was the first thing I checked when i returned from hiatus, the recipes. And I was so lost. I'm so happy the Game Guides recipe book is most recent and up-to-date or I never would have unlocked these recipes. Thank you for your input!

@Bloodguile Honestly, mostly same. And I know that lore isn't very big in the grand scheme of things but I always liked having a quick link to access the most basic of it for breeds and species. All but Direwolves have that on the wiki and I definitely wanna add that. It's not very useful for game mechanics, but the community has a lot of that down packed already. Thank you for your input~

If i really had the time and energy I would love to add the wonderful things users have created in the game guides on the wiki, I feel that would be helpful. The forum recipe book is amazing.

I use the Wiki for recipes in cooking etc, and used to actively work on it months back, unfortunately I just do not have much time to spare for that kind of work anymore. :(

I always appreciate when people take their time to update stuff, as it is suuuper helpful for newer players. ♡

To be honest, I have only checked the wiki a handful of times over the last several months, and each time I have it's . . . barely been updated, if at all. Nothing I need to find is ever on there. I think I was able to learn a little about the lore early on in my gameplay, but it hasn't proved useful to me since then. If I need help I usually search the forums or just figure things out on my own. :'D
