You should check out User Events and Giveaways for free level 10s to help you get started as well as pretty pups, specifically there's the Newbie Welcome Center run by foxbun and Kali where there's free wolves, items, food and more as well as a quick start guide it's very useful. ^^ There's also Game Guides if you need help on specific parts of the game, and Questions and Help if there's something else or if you're confused on anything you couldn't find an answer for in Game Guides your question might even be already answered there.
