How far did everyone get in their seasonal this time around?
I made finished 7 levels, I might do 8 by the time the clock rolls over, we will see!
I also bought the pebble path this go around, and I didn't know it was for the whole row LOL, I thought you had to buy each level.
I actually played the seasonal the first couple of days, just really loosely, gained like a level, forgot for almost three weeks, and played like mad this past week. I made decent progress, methinks!
I played by the amount of tasks/activities available try and maximize my effort, only doing the Arena or Campaign if three or very rarely four were ready.
I found the Arena tasks much easier to manage and blow through because you don't need to bring anything but your skills to the table for it. And the lack of timer really helped me settle in and come up with strats. The normal arena is so stressful, so I will miss it haha. My favorite team I ran through was a kit, echecara, two bracchus, and a dustraven. They were a powerhouse!
The campaign was the usual drag for me(I don't really find grinding entertaining but it is what it is). I stayed in area three for those sweet boss battles, and funded it with A LOT of white pumpkins and leeks that I made when I was tired of anything seasonal lol. Also at one point I was making roasted potatoes until I ran out of salt lol (why does campaign area three not award salt ?!) Marvin (in the mole market) really came in clutch, too.
My team was a direwolf, krane, two bracchus, and an echecara (which fills assailant, healer, primal, and tactician all to their first level). The krane could probably be swapped with a sparklequill? Don't take my word on that though.
I got to buy at least two of everything but the consumed companions! (though I didn't buy any of those at all haha). I thnik I'm gonna circle back around and buy some more companions, with some extra tickets...
It might be summer talking, but I think I've enjoyed this seasonal most so far :]
