Hello! I have just came back to this site, from flightrising,
And i wonder how people value their wolves they put in sale?
I mean what makes it a difference between one wolf that cost 1 moonstone on market, and a wolf that cost 10 moonstones?
What is the things that is good to know before selling or buying a wolf?

It just depends really. Some things are harder to get than others. Just shop around for something you like and try to get the best price. Wild Wolves cost more based on their colors. With non WW Gen2 or 3 or low digit wolves will be worth more.
