Unable to cancel or claim things in messages

I sent my sister some MS for a pup she bought me earlier before the update and now she can't claim the MS nor can I cancel the sending of them.

The error message says: Something went wrong while cancelling the attachments

We've tried refreshing and logging out but nothing works.

I use a Predator Helios Neo 16 with Chrome and she uses a Lenovo Ideapad 3 with Firefox
