This is the second time it's happened to me. I put a brand new lorium wheel on my cart, did exactly three trips on it (out to growling grotto, back to furnace and out to grotto again) then tabbed off to do something else and when I came back my still nearly new wheel was gone. I reloaded the page and still gone, it was telling me to select a new wheel.
