Purchase not received

I went to Purchase the Moon Forum Banner in Mole Market and it hasn't granted the item to me after a few minutes now. It did charge the moonstones, however so I wanted to see if this has happened to others. If it can be fixed or my moonstones returned I appreciate it :)

Oh yeah, I fell for that one the first time, too. You have to activate/bind it to your account first! When you purchase something like that, it goes in your inventory first (you'll find it in the Specialty tab). When you hover over it and click use, it will become an option to equip in your account settings.
