Where to find Greyling and Char?

My farmers desire the fish platter and I just reached level 20 cooking, but I haven't found any greylings or char fish yet. Are they in the 3rd fishing area?

Yes they're from the 3rd fishing area, Frozen Fjord which unlocks at fishing level 35
