Is Marvin supposed to give out MS items?

Just like the title says. I always check the MM when I first get on and claim Marvin's free reward. This morning, it was a Sex Swapper, which... I thought MS items weren't in his pool to give out? I did take a screenshot of him gifting it to me. (Sorry for the terrible quality, I snapped the photo with my phone.)

And, in my excitement, as I desperately need sex swappers for projects, I did use it on this child:

If the gender change needs to be reversed because it's a bug of some kind, I'm totally fine with this and understand. I just was super excited and jumped the gun.
