My fellow Lorians . . . today marks the first day I have made ANY progress on the Gauntlet's Mirror, Mirror achievement. I am now sitting at a whopping 1/10 battles where two of my party's companions are also on the enemy team. Only 99 more to go until I have the achievement completed 5/5 levels. Going at my current rate it should only take me about . . . the rest of my life.

(Until more companions are released, of course. Then it'll take me two lifetimes!)

But yeah! I shall enjoy my tiny victory while I slog my way through the rest of the Gauntlet achievements.

Also, real talk . . . has anyone managed to make it past the first level of the achievement? If so, how many battles are you averaging a day to be able to pull that off? The RNG is killing me here-

@Stellori - Dang! I haven't been paying too close of attention to people progressing with this achievement, but that might be the most I've personally read/seen from anyone. You may very well be one of a handful of people actually making significant progress on this one, so congrats!! I can definitely try the Crystalpins, since I have noticed an increased in them lately, too. Not as much as the Frostspinners, though. Them and the Thrashers, Dredger Mullvad, Magic Monstropod, Plains Machaira, and Pale Echecara. That group makes up the most common majority of companions I encounter, so I really should try more combinations of them.

The combination I actually used to earn my first Mirror, Mirror was the Crested Snowloon and Abyssal Thrasher. I'm attempting a specific team formation I saw in a Gauntlet thread, but I'm not having significant success with it. . .

@kytkat - Thank you!! I have honestly largely done the same. I was fully expecting to finish almost all the other achievements save for some of the Gauntlet ones. Like, I know the level cap on wolves and companions will be raised in the future to help with some of the other hard battle-oriented ones, but the Mirror, Mirror one seems largely impossible, especially factoring in all the new companions being added to the Gauntlet. . .
