Chapter 2 has not been released yet. So while there is no more "story" to play, you can replay the different areas in the campaign map to acquire items and level wolves as well as complete Activities.
Was mentioned last year that they were going to be story writing and hoping to release Chapter 2 by the end of this year but we haven't heard anything about it yet.
You can still campaign; you can endlessly campaign as long as you have a wolf with stamina. But there's simply no quests to work towards. But the item drops, xp gain and potential wild wolves you can get are still well worth the time and effort to campaign without active quests.
