Hi there umm can anybody help me understand forum banners how do you use them on something where does it go when unlocked?

go to More... -> Account Settings, and scroll down to Forum Appearance! There's a dropdown there where you should be able to select a banner to use :]

You need to purchase banners yourself from the Mole Market, or get them from achievements etc. They will be in your inventory under "Specialty", where you can chose to use them. After using, they will be where Gutshot explained. ^^
