Question: Companion Yields?

Hello!

I'm just wondering if there is a guide somewhere that shows the average yield of companions in terms of pebbles given? Like a list of companions and what they give? I want to make sure my companions are all the highest yielding pebble givers that I can give them so I can get a nice return on the pebbles but I'm not really sure which ones to do? Some that seem like they should give a higher amount give a lower amount and I get a little confused.

I tried looked for a guide about it but I think I'm just too blind, to be honest (not a jest, I am actually a bit visually impaired lol). The only thing I managed to find was a visual guide about collecting them, not what they yielded.

I'm not aware of a guide regarding the yield, but the amount of what companions give is random. I've had the Deer, Dustraven, and Kapuras give me anywhere between 50 to 300 pebbles. They can be replayed again within one hour. Others like the Stork, Ox, or Pandosa (Panda from the Cooking Activities) can randomly give from a few hundred into 1000, but you have to wait 4 to 6 hours to replay them.

So you may want to take into consideration not only what they give but how long it takes for them to become available for play again.

It would be cool to compile a graph of Pebble yields. I am slowly changing out all my Deer and Kapura with higher rarity pebble givers, and that increases my profit a nice chunk when I get them all at once. About 20-30kp profit every six hours. But I am unsure if that would be better than low rarity profits every hour. It would be interesting to see.

We’d had wondered if higher rarity companions offered larger yields- our den is currently tuned towards 1 hr companions but it might be a interesting experiment to mix it up to make half of it two hour companions to see if there’s a noticeable difference

Yeah I've had like the 6 and 12 hr companions giving a ton of pebbles while the 1-2 hr ones giving a handful, so I wasn't sure if there was some sort of secret formula to getting better yields XD;; I have been around since forever, and I've only started really trying to get into the game regularly

I can say for sure that the higher the rarity the higher the rewards. I generally get about 1k pebbles from KS companions, and between 50 and 300 from common companions. I don't know the exact ranges for higher rarity companions, because, unlike wolf experience, all the pebble payouts are dumped into a single slot when using Nana (and I have too many companions to even attempt playing with them one by one)

I have mathed out the averages multiple times and in general, nearly ALL companions average a profit of 100p per hour when using Nana

There are some companions that seem to pay lots more (like the Vulkira, 1st anniversary phoenix, etc). Those are the exceptions. It seems like the special even Epic rarity companions have a high pebble payout/average than the rest (for example, it pays the same every 6hrs as the 12hr Kickstarter companions)

My most recent Average was figured using my companions on April 12

1hr companions (profit using Nana per hour: 140p average - profit playing manually 240p average)

2hr companions (profit using Nana per hour: 95p average - profit playing manually 145p average)

4hr companions (profit using Nana per hour: 95p average - profit playing manually 120p average)

6hr companions (profit using Nana per hour: 100p average - profit playing manually 116p average)

12hr companions (profit using Nana per hour: 110p average - profit playing manually 117p average)
