Confetti Runes Interest Check

I've been learning about ibis paints quirks to try and figure out what kind of styles I can do to make interesting looking CA since all my other stuff is either never interesting or does not get the right look across. I've come up with this though! I was originally planning on making it a custom just for my profile pup when she gets her volymr breed but I might as well put up a check to see if anyone else is interested so I don't just waste all my MS on a CA that can't even be worn yet

This is the full CA, however it can be split into its two parts if its too busy and/or there is interest for only one portion of the design

since I have this set up as layers every single piece can be colored separately so custom recolors / more options can be produced later if the first one sells well
