It depends on the colors. I suggest looking at what it may be worth in Moonstones, then use the conversion rate to price it in pebbles. What does the woof look like?

Not just the colours, whether the wolf has been bred before also impacts the price. In general, people prefer 'clean slates', or wolves that haven't been bred before and therefore have an empty offspring list.
