"The Seeker" title appears to be awarded twice
- One is from the last General Rank achievement, for completing 15 total general achievements.
- The other is from the last tier of the "Achievements Completed" achievement in the General category (Complete 500 achievements).
(Also small typo I just noticed while writing this: under General Rank it says "Increase your General rank by completing the General achievements below" but when you click on the individual tiers to see the rewards they say "Complete various Activity achievements to rank up." Activity should likely say General to be consistent with the rest of the category.)
