Cooking Ingredients Issue

Hey, so I'm trying to 'discover' a cooking recipe that includes Cooked Salmon as an ingredient. I have already cooked the salmon, and it is appearing in my regular inventory when I look there. It isn't appearing in the list of available ingredients on the Cooking Page. Is this happening to anyone else? Have I done something strange to the settings somewhere to cause this? Help, please!

That's one of the ones that got changed in January I do believe! My complex recipe section has an uncooked river salmon in it, try that :)
