How To Send Tickets

I'm trying to send tickets to someone, but the seasonal tickets and all the other tickets aren't showing up. I tried sending them as an attachment and a trade but it still didn't show up.

tickets are soulbound you can not give them to other players

Oh, but then that just makes me more confused as people been selling their tickets to others, or have they just been buying what the other person wants and trades them?

You have it correct! People have been buying the item that the other person wants and trading that item to them in exchange for currency. It looks like the only items that are soulbound for this event are the "Misc" section forum decor and banner.
