I can't read...

So I was chilling on the murkwood event because 10 days and I want the eye besprinkles, as it is usual in this sort o games, I buy some stuff to make some in-game revenue on the side because I'm F2P in many (aka: can't buy currency in some), the thing is I said, ok, I can spend some tickets on some of the seasonal thingies to sell for a decent amount of pebbles/MS UNTIL I go check on them because I didn't think they'd be anything that hard to put up for sale when I see that the item is "soulbound" lmao

Anyway, I have 4 Murkwood seasonal decors that are going to stay forever in there XD I'd better get the pets with the rest of the tickets I farm from this point on lol

This is exactly the reason why I keep advocating to stop making everything account-bound. And IF they must be account bound, at least make the risk of a player wasting their precious event tickets on duplicate items of something that can only be used once minimal, by only stocking 1 item total. There is literally no realm in which someone would want or need to buy 2.

I am sorry for your loss. Maybe you can send a ticket and ask for a refund?

@Gaia nah it's ok fr, I should have checked first thing lol, I'm not so mad about losing tickets because I hardly wanted anything from the event shop, perhaps I can make up for something w/ the apparel pieces I got which I didn't fully like ;D (And If they are not soulbound lmao)

I sooo dislike that it is possible to buy more than 1 unlockable soul-bound item... feelsbadman. I know you aren't personally worried about it, but I do think we should speak up about it because that is definitely not cool. I think that should be patched and anyone who has lost anything over it be refunded

@nikki Yeah, I understand what you mean, they probs should make it a one-time-only purchasable item If that's gonna be the case now that you mention it 🤔I'm coating this as a funny experience for myself because god, it kinda makes me laugh how I don't pay any mind at some things at times, but I also understand the frustration, because what am I gonna do abt the seasonal decors on my invo now If I can't use them again nor sell them...

So sorry for your loss. It couldn't be possible or at least there should be some kind of warning if you are going to buy soulbound item while you already have one copy. Honestly, I have no idea what devs was thinking letting us stuck this kind of items XD

Perhaps even have the text (SOULDBOUND) be in capital letters/in red even, like when you can't purchase something because your job profession is low.
Although I absolutely agree that only 1 at any point should be purchase-able to your account since its soulbound.

I still think you should put in a ticket though! I'm sure staff will understand that it was an honest mistake
