I have taken some time these past days to create a food and cooking guide that helps you manage which foods are best to put into "Auto-Feed", which ones are best to save for cooking, and which recipes are best for creating the most stamina possible!
It has 2 sheets, which you can swap between at the bottom of the google sheet.
Food List: Here you will find every single food item known in the game, including cooked recipes. Here you will find all the info about food, like how much stamina it gives, if it is used in a recipe, if it is a food that is created by cooking a recipe, if you should put it into "Auto-Feed" or if the recipe is even worth cooking from a stamina standpoint.
Recipes: Here you will find all the currently known recipes and all their metrics, like how much stamina the cooked food will give, how long it takes, how much XP you gain, and what ingredients are needed!
I urge you to check it out and give some feedback if you feel up for it. I wanna make sure to maintain the Google Sheet and add new things as they come!
