[Event] Boss encounters hardly show up

The event started so well, once the seasonal bosses were properly added, with a very decent encounter rate for the boss scenarios. However, since the latest farming update it seems as if the encounter rate for bosses has dropped drastically. This grind the progress of the event to an absolute halt for me, because I need to spend so much more food and time to get those tasks done.

I truly sincerely hope that the lowered encounter rate is a bug, and not an intentional but secretly and silently implemented nerf..

So it isn't just me. I've been grinding regularly since the event started and getting boss encounters at a good rate. I was able to clear those tasks without much trouble, but now I have to spend much more time and food clearing them. I hope it resolves soon.

I too have noticed a vast decrease of boss encounters recently. Something feels bugged or such.

Now i'm getting 0-1 per food bar.

It's very unfortunate, i understand toning it down a little - but this is way too much.

having the same situation here, if something Was changed it'd be cool to get actual staff confirmation? i get if they want to make those a little harder, but it'd be cool if that wasn't something that got changed behind our backs.

Also this seems to have happened when the bosses/enderlings got their backgrounds changed to Murkwood, so perhaps something happened then!

The rates are drastically different, even to me as someone who doesn't pay heavy attention to encounters it's noticeably lower, like Coop7011 said I've gotten more wild wolf encounters than boss encounters since this started happening

I have definitely noticed this too, and yeah with the timing I imagine it has to do with the background image fix. I do hope it's fixed soon, I was having a lot of fun with the upped boss encounter rates! It was a great QoL change to the event.

Also noticed this the other day, definitely seems to have been a drop in the rates.

I hope if this is a nerf for the event it’s reverted, if the devs want to nerf stuff I’d prefer changes to the next event rather than during, its a bit jarring when stuff changes out of nowhere.

Either way some communication about what’s going on with boss rates would be nice, hoping it is a bug.
