Thank you for the ping and the suggestions for a better system, it is currently all done manually. It appears that I had marked off that I had sent out all the rewards despite going through all the profiles and tallying the points up, creating item codes as well as selecting a spotlight. I will be sending out all the item codes within the next two hours as I will just need to open up the files and send out the messages. I am incredibly sorry for the mistake. In future, if you have not received your reward by 7 days after the event, please feel free to poke me with a dm!

@Quiche mistakes happen! it is good to know about the 7-day period after which we can poke you.

I am afraid however, something is wrong with the code I was sent. I could redeem it successfully, but once the notification popped up, it was empty and I can confirm I didn't receive anything after claiming it.
